"My cousin was getting married at the Akyra! We stayed there for 5 days. The all inclusive was well worth it! It included food, drinks and a massage each day! The massages were great, professional, relaxing. The food here is amazing, everything tasted so fresh. The staff was awesome and extremely kind. The beach had the perfect amount of breeze, was clean, and not overpopulated. Thank you Akyra! Our stay was amazing!"

There was issues with room requested one queen bed did not get got two twins instead did not say anything. My complaint about property was the manager the room was extremely hot and manager would not allow another key to improve this and stated she is saving the environment which I corrected this is not saving environment saving money only. They then tried to put us in a triples bed room with 2 single beds pushed together. I arranged the romantic dinner..and it was a surprise.. yet TWICE staff approached me in the days before the meal to confirm details of the surprise meal. "
