I have stayed at many hotels around the world and this has been the best experience I have ever received in term of service and attentiveness of the staff I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel

The setting is stunning and so peaceful. Tents are comfortable and the shuttle service into town is a great addition. Food here was also great, special shout out to Miguel WiFi was the only let down.

Property as described on Expedia. Very nice.

What a lovely hotel in a great location. All the sights are within minutes to walk. Plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants around the hotel. Would definitely stay again. The only negative was being charged a destination fee on checking out. What is a destination fee and why?

Excellent, Quiet and tranquil location setback from the crowds and traffic noise yet minutes walk to the historic centre of Plaza de Armas with its alpaca shops and eateries Very spacious, clean and comfortable beds with wall mounted hot water radiators as a bonus- a rarity in Peru Cooked to order breakfast a treat instead of the usual buffet style offerings in most hotels Staff are attentive, charming, go out of their way to assist and recommend, always on hand to offer suggestions Highly...

Wonderful service and very helpful staff. Beautiful setting.

Clean rooms, attentive and responsive staff members. Breakfast had a wide variety of selections. Bar experience was excellent. A personalized touch from the check in to check out. The hotel not only stores our luggage but also placed it back in our room on checking in again. Packed breakfast was given on the day of the hike. In particular we would like to thank Gustavo for his friendly & warm hospitality. Jose at the bar was great.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. great location too.

The staff in the lobby and the restaurant and around the grounds are so lovely and warm and welcoming. Hotel is really something spectacular too. Not to be missed

Amazing location on its own island . Staff all very lovely and helpful. Spa very good

Lovely staff that even gave us a hot water water bottle at night. Breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for visiting the Historic Centre of Cusco.

I was told beforehand that this hotel was all about the location, and not to expect the usual luxuries for the (considerable) cost, and I wasn't disappointed. Actually I felt the hotel was very good - yes the rooms were small, but it had a nice atmosphere, particularly after the park had closed and everyone else had returned to the village below. Food good and staff warm and friendly. If you were keen to get into the park for sunrise, be sure to be at the gate 30 mins before it opens as the...

Lilium Valley in Ollantaytambo was perfect for us. Communication with the hosts was excellent during booking and they answered all of our queries. A bonus was off-road parking for our rental car. The hosts were welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. They offered us an early breakfast due to our early start onto the Inca Trail. The accommodation is only a short walk to the main square but was very quiet. We would definitely recommend Lilium Valley.
