"Everything was horrible, from check in to check out, ate at the restaurant and gave me spoiled chorizo, told them about it and they still wanted to charge me for that, staff is rude they act like they are doing me a favor when I’m the one who paid for this. There is more bad stuff that happen here. I just can say I will never ever come back or recommend someone else to come here. "

I had several early morning excursions that required me to leave before breakfast service began, and the team consistently went above and beyond by preparing packed breakfasts for me to take on the go. It was a thoughtful gesture that made a big difference during my trip. I also experienced some altitude sickness during my stay, and the staff were incredibly caring, attentive, and supportive. They provided helpful recommendations, checked in on me, and made sure I had what I needed to feel comfortable and recover. Their genuine concern for guests was evident throughout my stay. The combination of excellent service, thoughtful accommodations, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere made my time at Ureta Hotel unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit such a positive experience. I look forward to returning in the future."
