"Fantastic hotel. This is a family owned hotel and they do a phenomenal job!! I am so happy we decided to stay here. The communication from my first day of booking was quick and informative. The staff are just incredible. They care deeply about making your time in Cusco smooth and enjoyable. We arranged the airport shuttle through them and it was very simple. We appreciate this offering because we are not familiar with Cusco and we were concerned about getting around, but they took care of transportation to and from the airport for us. They offered us coca tea upon arrival to help with the altitude which was very kind and appreciated. We also had a trek to Machu Picchu and they accommodate our 1am checkout as well as provided us a wonderful sandwich and snack bag for breakfast. The gates close at certain times of day but they always communicated the times and showed us how to message them on WhatsApp as well as use the buzzer on the wall outside the gate. The beds were very cozy and we appreciated the heater as it was a little chilly in April. The location is in historical down town with walkable distance to everything that we wanted to do. They breakfast in the morning was amazing, they provided us fresh coffee, juice, bread, and omelettes!! Their kindness made all the difference and we felt so cared for during our time in Cusco, Peru. I absolutely recommend you book your stay with them while in Cusco!"

"We had some initial issues with our room - smell of sewage and poor functioning shower. Staff helped us to move to another room but this one did not have air-conditioning. Third time luckily we were fine. Staff at the hotel, were good. Special thanks to Josver who was excellent. "

"Loved the hotel! Excellent customer service The food at the restaurant was very good. Only thing our room felt warm even with the AC on. But we showered at night and that cooled us down. Besides that have nothing else to say. It’s walking distance to the main attraction areas and shopping. Liked the hotel very much."
