"This property was the worst property I’ve ever been to. We didn’t stay. We checked in and decided to leave 20 minutes later. They refused to refund our money and the manager even screamed at us. Terrible experience. Floor was dirty. Dead bugs everywhere. Sheets with holes in them. Brown and dark stains on the sheets. Pillows and sheets smelled like Body odor. I don’t think they wash the sheets with detergent. Pubic hair in the beds and restroom. I can’t believe they do not respect their own hotel. Called hotels.com to get a refund. They also refused. Saying it was not up to them."

The only thing that was good was the breakfast. Good food and clean court. Otherwise I will never stay there again. Also charged me $25 for early checkin when the expedia email clearly stated the check in times. "
