"Room was very clean and friendly staff. Rooms for hotel stay are only on 2 floors. Very quiet. Building is used for business suites and residential housing also which is disconcerting at first but no problem. Price for stay is very reasonable. Need to refurbish Satelite Tower at entrance. Makes property seem questionable for hotel stay. "

"The staff tried hard to fix our situation We booked our final hotel stay after 10 days of traveling close to the Colorado Springs airport and checked in about 7 o’clock. The room had never been cleaned beds needed to be made dirty towels on the floor, etc. the very, very sweet front desk girl attempted to set up another room, but she only had one left a queen bed so they brought a rollaway and another rollaway mattress both in terrible condition attempted to gather as many extra linens as possible also from the stained pile, not dirty just stained clearly the Internet has overbooked this property and the person who owns and runs. It is doing a very poor job. Very unfortunate. We had to check out at 4 AM in order to make our flight so I will be contacting Expedia and Wyndham for a refund."

"The room was not clean. The amenities were not maintained. Had to ask twice for towels and toilet paper. The staff was very nice and courteous, but the property needs maintenance."
