"We loved everything except when we pulled out the sofa bed from the couch, the mattress had a very big stain on it. But I told the front desk and I'm sure they'll take care of it because they were all excellent even very late after returning from a concert. Great hotel. "

She worked hard and was able to get us in a room by 8am before regular check in time. We were able to rest a couple of hours before our long flight to Athens. She was a life saver. "
