"The hotel was clean, the bar was great, and Cam was a very friendly presence when we checked out. I chose it for its proximity to the Springsteen show but will definitely stay again when I am in Cleveland."

"Beautiful hotel with a good, if not lean, maybe inexperienced staff. Dinner and drinks took 2-3 times longer than it should have. Out of large wine glasses...waitstaff seemed to only be able to serve one table at a time. Granted if was a Friday evening and the hotel was probably sold out with a wedding ..."

"It was terribly dirty. And they charge a linen fee. And you're not allowed to ask questions, or you get kicked out. The worst hotel i've ever stayed at. Was promised a refund for 2 of my 3 days. And it's been two weeks and haven't gotten nothing."
