"The Good * Friendly and welcoming staff * Spacious, clean room The Not-So-Good * Uncomfortable bed * Noisy room. The hotel is on Highway 101, so that’s to be expected. However, we could clearly hear our neighbours walking around and flushing the toilet, more so than we typically hear in other hotels. * Curtains didn’t block out enough light, making it difficult to properly darken the room at night. * Not particularly scent-free. The fragrance in the front office was quite overwhelming, especially for anyone who is sensitive to fragrances."

"This was a well-maintained building. The decor was more eastern style with replica paintings and older furniture in very good condition. The rooms were very large with a sofa and small table with 2 more chairs. There was a mini refrig, microwave and a keurig style coffee maker (that didn't work), but plenty of great coffee brewed downstairs as well as a simpler breakfast area with fruit, bagels, oatmeal and cereal. There was an ice machine downstairs with 2 sets of laundry machines on the 1st floor. The bathroom was private in the room, but the sink was outside with a huge counter. The bed was clean and comfortable."

"It may sound fussy but I liked carpet instead of vinyl flooring and this carpet was clean! Room smelled clean, bed and pillows comfortable, all amenities I need, even a shower cap. Nothing fancy, no view but a great sleep. We did have “big foot” in the room above. Very quiet otherwise and away from the highway!"
