"Great location with friendly staff "

"We liked the communal area with games to relax after a day of walking. Breakfast was good but we found plenty of options nearby too. Liked the location, close to the Royal mile and castle. Kids were comfortable on the sofa bed and the kitchen had everything we needed. "

"Overall this was a great place to stay with an excellent location, amazing breakfast, clean and well maintained rooms. The only downside while we visited was that only 1 of the 3 elevators was working. The location of breakfast meant that we watched a lot of elderly people struggle with waiting for the elevator which was routinely filled with staff taking bedding to the floors above and they had to wait long periods for it to come back since the other elevators were not working. Once they get this resolved it will not be an issue. We were 2 adults and child of 17 years staying there."

"CODE was wonderful!!! Vicky was great on the walking tour and Leighton was so helpful when I was checking in. The staff is there 24/hrs and were all so kind and helpful. The check in/check out process was so easy. They provide towels and Wifi. Rooms were clean, cute, and comfortable!"
