That's why I gave 3 points (ok) to Hotel Facilities and Condition, Room Cleanliness, Room Comfort. So, I decided to rebook this hotel for my 2017 trip. And my experience was horrifying. I book and fully paid hotel few months before my arrival. And they didn't provide me my room. And until now didn't refund...

"The rooms are big and well kept, the high ceilings are a nice touch. Elevator access is always great although you have to press the buttons a few times to work. The bed is comfortable and the TV’s are nice and the cleaning lady is one of the prettiest I’ve ever seen. But I wasn’t aware of the apartment next door being gutted into 4 separate apartments and an extremely loud construction zone right behind the bedroom walls. It doesn’t make sleep an easy when you have power drills and skilsaws...
