Overall is good. The only defect is the pillows. Couldn't sleep well.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The reception team were outstanding - incredibly patient, welcoming, and always happy to explain everything clearly. The room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed, and more - loads of amenities. Everything felt clear, comfortable, and pleasant throughout my stay. Have stayed at the HJ several times before for business and this time, after three years was exactly the same high quality.

Note this is an apartment type arrangement with a large room also containing a kitchen. There is no restaurant or room service but a maid service cleans and refreshes each day. Mall attached to building so food and coffee available close but it’s not clear from accomodation description it’s not a traditional hotel. Breakfast is predominantly Asian but a good selection. Wi-fi is free but is not the best as it dropped several times and could also be slow

Clean and well priced, good local amenities - just wish there was a pool!

Great place to stay, staff were all very good, good breakfast both western and Chinese. Hotel offers free airport drop and pick up from morning to midnight. All local amenities opposite the hotel, very safe area. Would definitely come back and stay here.

The location is brilliant.. 5 minutes walk to the underground station, from which you can go to all around Shenzhen. The hotel is so beautiful, specious, clean and the staff are lovely. The room is, quite, sparkling clean with comfy massive bed and all teas & coffee and high quality toiletries. It's really value for money.

Large and comfortable apartment. There is some building work going on but this did not affect our stay at all. The location is great - very close to the metro and shopping malls. I would stay again.
