Excellent service and experience at the Palace for a long weekend. Would thoroughly recommend.

Hotel Victoria is around a 3 minute walk from Glion station (cog train from Montreux train station which takes around 12 mins). Stunning views from our lakeside room. Room 3 has an interconnecting door to Room 2 and is not particularly well soundproofed. Due to health issues with our neighbour, little sleep was had on the first night. We had an enchanting time and made all the better by our host on check in called Ana. She was soo helpful and friendly. She checked us in early, gave us vouchers to spend at the HR Giger museum, which was our main goal of our visit. The breakfast was delicious and the lady serving breakfast was also extremely lovely. Would 100% stay here again. Visited in September 2024

Upon arrival at the hotel the reception staff were welcoming and this made for a lovely entrance to our break away. The team members were wonderfully helpful throughout our stay and really strived to make us have a special experience within the hotel. The restaurant staff were equally good and really went the extra mile to make our time eating very special.

The location is fantastic, right in the middle of Gruyeres. The staff was super friendly. There's a lovely restaurant and bar attached to the hotel with a beautiful terrace overlooking the mountains. The food was fantastic with good gluten free choices which is sometimes hard to find, even the breakfast buffet had special bread on request. We were there in August and the room was hot but a fan was supplied. Lovely place to spend a few days!

A dream place for holiday stay. The dinner was excellent, as well the service. Only a bit pity is the afternoon coffee took longer time to wait.

Wonderful hotel full of charm and character, rooms were very nice and well equipped. Motorcycle parking was very good and a safe location. Restaurant very popular locally and a good menu. Stayed two nights and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and accommodate any needs. Good breakfast and excellent location. Out door thermal spa 5mins walk as was the cable car station. Highly recommended this hotel.

Very pleasant experience - staff friendly helpful and provided recommendations as to places to visit. The views from the room were stunning and gave great sunsets views over the lake and mountains. Hotel is close to the station and tram line. Overall excellent!
