Totalopplevelsen hadde vært bedre dersom renholdet hadde vært på topp. Badekaret hadde skitne flekker i seg, alle håndklærne luktet surt og bassenget var fullt av sand. Oppvask og matrester etter måltider ble ikke hentet og tiltrakk seg maur og fugler. Tungvindt å måtte ringe for å be om at dette ble hentet. I tillegg burde badet vært lukket med vindu. "Worst hotel ever. The air conditioning was bad. If you changed the temp above 22 the floor would become dripping wet from condensation and consequently everything in the room became damp. The bedding smelt like stale human sweat because of the damp and the wash basin was blocked. We checked out and went to Puri Santrian which was fantastic. "
