"Clean rooms, nice staff"

"Spotless room, great location, friendly staff, perhaps could do with a snack bar for when you are sat around the pool instead of having to leave and get something to eat, apart from that very good."

"Great porperty to visit in South Goa. Support from the Staffs were pretty impressive. "

"Weird stay here. The grounds weren’t very nicely kept and the ‘deluxe hut’ was far from that. "The property was amazing! It truly defined a heritage hotel — every corner felt authentically Goan. The staff were wonderful and the food was amazing too, though a bit on the pricier side as expected"

"I liked the overall stay very helpful staff and well maintained property. Breakfast was excellent we had good breakfast so that we can have a light lunch. Swimming pool was nicely maintained and all amenities was good. As they have buggy service to the banolim Beach till 6 pm in evening you have very good access to the beach as well to enjoy the evening sunset. Overall very satisfied with the stay"

" Nice, clean rooms, staff is wonderful, helpful, friendly and caretaking"

"Good service, large clean room and quiet private beach."

"The room is exceptionally good; it feels newly constructed. The staff is very polite, well-behaved, and neatly dressed. I would like to award a 5-star rating to the location, as it is situated in the heart of Goa and the LTC bus stand is just 400 meters away. The building is completely peaceful and quiet. Furthermore, the breakfast is one of the best I have had in recent times. Overall, I am fully satisfied with my stay, the courteous staff, and the delicious food."
