"Spa is small"

"Really lovely stay at The Belsfield. Clean, smart, spacious and beautiful. It has been renovated recently and the decor has a classy and stylish manor feel, lovely lounges, view of the lake for breakfast, comfortable room, friendly staff, delicious breakfast made to order plus great muffins! Very relaxing a perfectly situated for getting boats. We will be back! Only downside was a sneaky £15 parking a day if you book through a third party. No real reason given for this. Hotel was value for money though. "

"A lovely stay, didn't use the Spa. Had Dinner in the Hotel the first night, very disappointed with the choice and quality, so I wasn't looking forward to breakfast, but that was excellent, plenty of choice for all tastes."

"Great room, excellent bed & bedding. Bathroom well equipped with plenty of hot water. Parking was included & close by. Staff very welcoming & accommodating. Lovely evening meal in the restaurant. Our steaks were cooked to perfection & the whole meal delicious. Only thing to let the hotel down was breakfast. Breakfast buffet was dry; the bacon was hard & fried eggs rubbery. The pot of tea was awful, which was a surprise at tea bags in bedroom were delicious. It was bad tea & doesn’t seem to have been made with boiling water. We would gladly return despite the tea ! "

"We stayed in Olive 3, which has a jacuzzi double bath, steam room, sauna and shower! Beautiful! We used the spa which was lovely peaceful and clean. The restaurant staff, service and food is excellent and this is about our 10th visit. We love the place and staff."
