There was hardly anyone there. We were the only people sitting by the pool. The pool was green and the first day the staff was working on fixing it and said it would be fine the day after. The next day it was still green.

現金1万円(日本円で)とモバイルバッテリーを盗まれました。 2泊したのですが、その日は1日ホテルの中で過ごす予定だったので ①朝食ビュッフェを1時間ほど、 ②ホテルの中のプールでま3時間ほど ③夜ご飯もホテルレストランで2時間ほど 計6時間部屋を空けていました。 夕食後部屋に戻って、翌日のチェックアウトの準備をしていた時に、前日外出して部屋に戻ってきて確認した時にはあった現金6万5千円が、5万5千円しかありませんでした。 モバイルバッテリーも2つあったのに、1つしかありませんでした。 さらにびっくりなのは、ベッドメイキングを頼んでいないのに、ということです。 私たちが完全に気を許していることを逆手に大胆にヤラれました。 ホテル自体はとてもよくて、交通の便は悪いのでタクシー代はかかりますが、本当に気持ちよく過ごせて、レストランの方やフロントの方は本当に素敵なおもてなしをしてくれたので、リピートあり♪と思っていたのに、そんな話をしている時に発覚し、最後の最後に本当に嫌な気持ちになりました。 たった1人のその盗みという行動で台無しでした。 リピートはありません。

Great place to stay, but needs a little work.

Room was nice, just experienced a lot of mesquitos and bugs even after spraying the room. I hope the hotel can improve pest control. Aircon seems to escape from the bathroom doors as they don’t seal properly. Had to crack up the aircon to stay cool. Food service at the V - Terace was great and Thai and international food quality was really good and exceeded our expectations. The restaurant needs to improve pest control as we spent alot of time trying to keep the flies from landing on our food. We sent an email to the reservations regarding our arrival and requested for Airport pick up and room amentites, however we didn’t get any reply.

ｳﾞｨﾗﾀｲﾌﾟの部屋に２泊しました。 ﾌﾟｰﾙも大きく静かです。一泊目は私たちしかいませんでした。 周りに何もないのでずっとﾎﾃﾙ内で過ごす事になりますので旅行者より駐在者におすすめかもしれません。 繁華街までは車で30分くらいかかるでしょう。

พนักงานดูแลลูกค้าเป็นอย่างดี แต่ที่พัก อยู่ค่อนข้างใกล้จากแหล่งท่องเที่ยว การเข้าออกควรจะมีรถสว่นตัว กลางคืน หา Taxi ไม่ได้ สภาพภายในโรงแรม สะอาด สวยงาม ห้องพัก ก๊สวย สระว่ายน้ำน่าเล่น อาหารเช้าก็น่าทาน แต่มีให้เลือกน้อยไปนิด แต่ราคาค่อนข้างแพง เมื่อเที่ยบกับที่อื่น

Overall is good

The overall was so good but there are 2 points for me to address here First, the public pool is not clear water. I saw some leaves, flowers inside the pool. Next one is the room next to me is very loud at night around 1-2 am. I could not sleep at that time.

My T-shirt are stolen in the room. It is dangerous

I didn`t read other reviews and booked the room but I knew many customers lost their belongings and money in villa villa Pattaya. I cant change my booking because it is advanced payment that can`t cancel. I called orbitz and explain about security problems of villa villa Pattaya for canceling it before go to there but I cant cancel it and Orbitz tellers said me that they will remove villa villa Pattaya in their hotel list. People can still book this resort in their website. But now I warn everyone strongly about villa villa Pattaya. Don`t go to there. Finally someone stole my expensive two T-shirt(Saint Laurent and Valentino value $1000). Resort staffs cant help to find your belongings. They said me that you may lost those in other place. But I knew that villa villa Pattaya was not safe. So I checked and kept an eye on my valued belongings when I arrived at there. I Put expensive things into my backpack and went outside all day even though when I went to have breakfast But I can`t carry all my belongings like clothes and other shoes. Finally I found that i lost my Two T-shirt in the morning. I cant find my most expensive two T-shirt. Moreover this resort is very far from Pattaya main city. It is like another area. You can`t do anythings if you stay in this resort because nothing is around the resort. Resort staffs call taxi for you 500 baht to go pattaya beach area. It is quiet expensive. It is a total wasted of money and time.

สถานที่ตั้งอยู่ไกลมาก ไม่สะดวกในการเดินทาง ไม่อยู่ใกล้แหล่งชุมชน อาหารการกินลำบากมาก การบริการของพนักงานที่คอยต้อนรับตรงล๊อบบี้ ไม่ประทับใจ ไม่เป็นมิตร ไม่ช่วยเหลือลูกค้า ไม่ดูแลลูกค้า เวลาเช็ดเอ้าท์ คือ 12.00 น.ตรง เพราะพอถึงเวลา 12.00 น. โรงแรมจะปิดระบบน้ำตกในห้องพักทันที โดยไม่สนใจว่าจะมีแขกอยู่ในห้องหรือไม่ก็ตาม เวลา 12.01 น. เราจึงต้องรีบออกจากห้องพักในทันที สถานที่สระน้ำส่วนกลางออกแบบได้สวยมาก แต่ห้องพักไม่สมกับราคาที่ต้องจ่าย

Wonderful staying experience

The location is not close to town but this is what we want to take a break with wonderful environment. Food/services/massage/environment are great! We enjoy a lot and highly recommend to stay for relaxing! But there are only 2-3 English TV channel.....Others are mainly Thai TV program...

빌라빌라 최고

빌라빌라 파타야는 럭셔리 리조트라 부촌의 빌라촌에 위치해잇어요. 시내랑은 한 20분 거리에 떨어져 잇어서 항상 400바트를 내구 택시로 이동해야되서 교통비는 들지만 숙박비의 가성비 대비 너무너무 시설 좋고 이쁜 리조트예요~ 조식부페의 가짓수는 적지만 맛잇고 단품요리가 정말 특급호텔 요리처럼 맛잇엇어요 직원들도 친절하구 리조트 내부도 이쁘고 수영장도 따듯하고 이뻐서 나무랄데가 없네요 다음에 또 가고 싶어요~~~~ 셔틀만 잇다면 정말 최고일듯~~ 추천합니다

Thai Luxury in a Perfect Location

Our stay was a dream to come true. Lovely resort with all the facilities one can dream of. The whole resort has a wonderful landscaped garden, worked in details. Rooms are of luxury fitting, nice bathrooms. Nice restaurant serving a good array of Thai and Western dishes. Nice breakfast spread. Pool is lovely and of pure enjoyment. To sum it up, for the price range offered, this is a must to stay, as long one wishes to be private and in a very quiet surrounding. Excellent limousine service given upon departure back to Bangkok. One major handicap is that the staff have no command of English at all, except for one person, who is not there most of the time. Furthermore, let the employees get some hotel training. It will help a lot for its future business.
