en 2015 et 2016 nous avons séjourné au New Nordic Marcus de Pattaya Pratamnak et étions très satisfaits. Voulant y retourner, nous avons réservé dans ce même hôtel par votre intermédiaire. Arrivés sur place avec notre réservation ils nous ont dit EXPEDIA IS WRONG !!!! et nous ont logé dans un autre hôtel de la même chaîne: le NORDIC FAMILY, cet établissement étant nettement moins bien que celui réservé, nous ne sommes pas du tout satisfaits. ECXPEDIA A TORT c'est une accusation grave soit elle est avérée, soit ils ne veulent pas respecter leurs engagements vis-à-vis de vous et c'est tout aussi grave.

Going downhill but reasonable value for money

I have stayed at this hotel many times before but not in the last 18 months. Some things have changed. The major change is the amount of construction around the hotel has quadrupled. Construction noise is bearable and takes place between 09.00 to 17.00. The rooms are starting to look a little older. I had room 405 on the street side and had to endure traffic noise most day and night. Cold water only upgraded to lukewarm (best they could do) after complaint. My biggest complaint was the poor wifi in room. Very hit and miss. When I asked I was informed that it did not work well on tablet and notebook....but was goo on smartphone. Not the answer I was looking for as I do not have a smartphone !! Good signal was available on Lobby/restaurant level so I had to spend time there and not in room. However for the price, even though there has been a small increase in rates, I think it very reasonable. The buffet breakfast is adequate and the staff are pleasant and helpful. Evening restaurant is also reasonably priced with a good selection of foreign and Thai food. I stayed for 8 nights and would consider using again although now it is not my first choice as before. Certainly no wifi and noise were big issues for me

Неплохой и недорогой отель Нордик в районе Пратамнак. Расположен на спокойной улице. Рядом много магазинчиков и ресторанчиков. До ближайшего пяжа отеля Азия - 10 минут пешком. До улицы с тук туками - 20 минут. До тук туков в центр, русского рынка и пляжа Нордик возит бесплатный тук тук от отеля. Выдают пляжные полотенца. Номера с видом во двор выходят на стройку, которая с 7 утра начинает работать. Уборка в номерах не очень добросовестная. Полотенца меняют каждый день. В номере есть холодильник , чайник и посуда. Завтрак нормальный - омлет, сосиски, рис, картошка, фрукты, овощи.

Bra lugnt hotell

Nybyggd hotell. Väldigt lugnt område förutom nybyggen runt omkring. Tar ca en kvart med taxi till centrum. Ok personal. Ingen frukostbuffé, men man kunde välja mellan olika "färdiga" alternativ. Inga stora portioner, men rätt ok ändå. 2 pooler. Jag använde bara den mindre takpoolen, helt ok.

Тихо, чисто, уютно

хороший, новый отель с чистыми и удобными номерами. Рядом с отелем (по всему кварталу ) идет ремонт, но это нисколько не мешает отдыху. Гораздо больше неудобств доставляют горланящие тайское караоке посетители кафе через дорогу. Т.к. звукоизоляция от улицы никакой, бывало проблематично заснуть. Проблема решается, если попросить номер с видом на бассейн или на соседний отель. Местоположение может кого-то расстроить, но нам было плюсом, что до основных маршрутов тук-туков около километра (т.е. тихо). А на пляж возят собственные машинки, которые нужно только попросить на ресепшене. На пляж за вами приезжают по звонку или по договоренности. Бассейны работают достаточно долго: нижний - до 20.00, на крыше - до 23.00 (но он мелкий). Завтраки нормально-хорошие))) На твердую четверку. Саму кухню оценили только по стекам, т.к. в отеле расположен стейк-ресторан. Мясо готовить умеют, в отличие от коктейлей. Персонал дружелюбный, как принято говорить)) за все время был замечен только один косяк. На второй день был ополовинен минибар безо всякого предупреждения и "объявления войны") На ресепшене об этом ничего не знали, но пообещали разобраться с горничными. Судя по тому, что при выезде вернули весь депозит, разговор прошел успешно. На первом этаже есть массажный салон с ценами как везде. Т.е. не надо мотаться по округе в поисках приличного массажа. Да и качество массажа вполне на уровне.
