This is the ronseal of accommodation in pattaya, does what it says on the tin.. No frills basic clean rooms, hot shower, good air con, friendly staff and owner, breakfast is cheap and always 10/10 cooked perfect. Solid guest friendly beds :).. It's right in the heart of the action so if you want quite go stay in Naklua but you'll be missing out.. It's that good I'm going back again in June...... PS I better get room 33 again for this stunning review haha

The location is great for party central. This is not a quiet retreat. An excellent sports bar with great management and staff. You are always made to feel welcome and the atmosphere is really the biggest drawcard. Will definitely return here.

This guesthouse is basic, which is what I expected for the price I paid. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was hard but this suited me. The air-conditioning worked well too. The location was right in the heart of the entertainment which was great, the downside of that being the noise if you want an early night, so I'd recommend to bring ear plugs. I would certainly stay here again and would recommend here, great value for money

Staff were friendly and polite. The management was also very approachable and made me feel welcome. The sports bar had plenty of sports games to watch, and they served both thai and Western dishes which i enjoyed very much. The room was excellent and great value. No doubt i will be back next time.
