Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Reservation or no reservation :(
We arrived at the hotel only to discover they had no record of our booking, despite the Hotels.com app and emails notifying me of the reservation. The staff were pleasant and arranges a taxi to take us to an alternative destination that friends speedily arranged for us. The hotel blamed Hotels.com for the confusion! Not happy with this experience...
