This is a lovely hotel in the historic centre. Lovely room and a great breakfast. The real standout are the staff, they couldn’t do enough for you. Would definitely stay again and actively seek out other hotels in this group.

Location was too far away from the centre - not walkable due to road networks

We booked this hotel last minute from a 5 night trip. The hotel was beautiful with a very peaceful roof terrace to relax and unwind. Our room was bright, modern and clean. The hotel is 15/20 minute walk from the old town 10/15 mins from the beautiful restaurants at the Port.

Third stay in the hotel. Cannot fault it. Staff helpful. Service efficient. Room very clean and roomy. Close to everything. We stayed for 2 weeks and would have stayed longer. We will be back.

Great Staff who were attentive and focussed. Nothing was a problem. The Hotel is fresh, Clean and well equipped. we had 4 nights here without problems. Highly recommended

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful .The rooms are very well equipped and clean and the bed is so comfortable that we slept well every night . There is a good selection of food at breakfast which set us up well for a day of sightseeing. The hotel is well placed for the city centre with good access to the main tourist spots. The ancient walls beneath the hotel have been beautifully preserved and make an interesting feature .

Lovely hotel, excellent comfy beds! Slide into reception is great fun!

Amazing views and breakfast. Room was spacious, staff in the bar were slow

We have been to Malaga several times and stayed in both hotels and Air bnb's. Now that we have stayed at Room Mate Valeria we will not be booking anywhere else. It us ideally situated, quiet, nicely appointed rooms, lovely breakfast and, in Maria, has the best hotel receptionist we've ever met. The hotel is a 500m walk from Malaga Centro station so easy to reach from the airport, is close to the centre of the city as well as the bus stop and port, and next door to the cycle hire place. A great stay and amazing location.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and had a nice wonderful time. Lovely hotel and great location with very friendly staff! Breakfast was nice and the restaurant is also pretty good. Highly recommended!

Great hotel for a city break in Malaga. Small pool but a great escape from the summer heat. Never too busy and definitely less busy than the beach in July. Pool there to help alleviate the heat rather than for swimming. Great pool bar up there too only open in the daytime.

Really good

Attractive hotel with external ‘living wall’ and modern interior decor. Guy on reception so friendly and helpful. We had a brilliant stay, marred only by the current closure of the rooftop bar due to refurbishment 😩
