"Uma boa opção em SJC. O hotel passa uma sensação de ser um pouco velho, mas é bem cuidado. O quarto tem um bom tamanho e é confortável. O café é bom na minha opinião. Funcionários prestativos e educados, me permitiram fazer o check out 2h depois do previsto mesmo eu não tendo nenhuma conta no Accor ou algo do tipo. O hotel tem uma localização relativamente boa em SJC. O melhor ponto pra mim é a proximidade ao Colinas Shopping. Recomendo."

"This hotel is located in central Mogi. Was clean and tidy. Staff spoke English. They serve a good breakfast. For lunch they recommended a decent restaurant 5 min walk away which was very popular. It accepted credit cards. Uber also works well in Brazil. "

"The Reception staff was friendly, efficient and acted quickly to resolve our complaints. We were moved 2 floors up to a room with no problems. The bed was large and comfortable. The safe was easy to operate and everything worked well. The hairdryer in the bathroom was old but worked. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit and different options. No coffee machine for fancy coffee but the coffee provided was excellent. There was no liquid soap or shower gel in the bathroom, only shampoo. Walking distance to Santos Dumont Park and to Vicentina Aranha Park. We used taxis to visit family members and to go to Shopping Centers. We can't evaluate the level of English of staff because we spoke to everyone in Portuguese. We would stay there again."
