Foi tudo perfeito. Atendimento excelente, comida excelente, quarto confortável, instalações sempre limpas, funcionarios gentis. Nada a reclamar. Só um ponto que poderia ser um pouco melhor (não que tenha sido ruim) é que no check-in, passar um pouco melhor como funciona algumas coisas como horários das refeições, atividades, e outras coisas. Mas isso foi só um detalhe, que não estragou em nada nossa estadia.

Sinceramente ficamos decepcionados com as refeicoes de la. Todos os dias colocavam como sobremesas uvas, porem sem lava-las. Por 2 vezes peguei telha de aranha nas uvas e estavam esbranquicadas em cima, quando nao as lavam. Os garcos mal voce se sentavam viam oferecer bebidas mas informacoes melhores de como funcionava as refeicoes eles nao diziam.

Decepção- longe de ser um Resort

Atendimento da recepção nada amigável ou carismáticos. Nunca estive no hotel e tive que questionar sobre tudo porque a recepção não teve esta pro atividade. Além disso, senti que estavam incomodados em simplesmente explicar ao hospede que pagou 600 reais em uma diária. Após isso, percebi comentários entre os recepcionistas sobre mim. Academia em péssima condição, acolchoado das cadeiras da área da piscina mal colocados e velhos. Almoço e jantar estavam muito gostoso e apresentável, porém muito caro. O hotel tem estrutura, para se tornar um Resort de verdade, mas está longe de ser um. Tem que melhorar em muita coisa.

Meu final de semana foi incrível. Alimentação impecável. Trilhas tops. Hidroginástica. Recreadores muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Pedalinho. Sauna, piscina aquecida e aberta, sala de jogos, parquinhos enfim tem atividades para todos os gostos. No domingo foi aniversário do meu esposo e outros hóspedes e eles distribuíram mini bolos enquanto cantavam parabéns. Refeições com música ao vivo.

Um final de semana gostoso!

A estadia no Guararema Parque Hotel foi muito boa. Tivemos diversas opções de diversão como: caminhadas, pedalinhos, piscinas, ping-pong, sinuca, carteado e etc. Além de atividades com monitores como arco e flecha, hidroginástica, bingo e outros. A alimentação é maravilhosa, um dos pontos altos de nossa estadia. O hotel no geral é muito bem cuidado e está em meio a uma mata nativa lindíssima que conta com trilhas bem delineadas para bons apreciadores da natureza. Todos os funcionários são muito educados e simpáticos. Os quartos são bem decorados e limpos, porém quando chegamos na acomodação tinha um cheiro de umidade (que descobrimos vir do banheiro sem exaustão), os colchões não são novos portanto sem a devida firmeza para uma boa noite de sono.

O quarto, Salão de refeições e piscinas ao lado dos quartos, todos muito limpos. Ficamos apenas 1 diária de Domingo a Segunda para festejar meu aniversario. Todas as refeições eram bem feitas e gostosas. Funcionários atenciosos. Utilizamos apenas as dependências das piscinas que estavam todas funcionando com cadeiras todas novas e estava muito agradável.

Achei o quarto muito bom e limpo e tb bem amplo. Gostei muito. Limpeza boa tb. O hotel é gigante. Nao deu pra aproveitar tanto a recreaçao pous nao tinha hospede da mesma idade do meu filho (teen). Ele fez teilha e jg bingo comigo. Comida ok mas nada extraordinario. Menu estilo um kilo em SP. Precisa ter um letreiro na entrada bem iluminado pois fui pela primeira vez e passei reto numa noite chuvosa. Isso precisa melhorar pois o gps me indicou lugar errado tb. Precisa de mais sinalização peo jotel pra quem nunca foi antes. No geral hotel aprovado.

Uma boa surpresa;Ótimas acomodações,ótima alimentação,ótimo espaço de entretenimento,ótimas piscinas (a piscina externa da área superior do hotel poderia ser climatizada). O Hotel é gigante e existem várias trilhas na mata do hotel. Toda a equipe de parabéns!!
