"The Regina was a beautiful hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had many options, was fresh, and the staff was prompt with coffee and juice. The location is perfect for site seeing and shopping. The room was immaculate and well stocked with toiletries, robes, and slippers. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid. "

"Fantastic hotel in the middle of Madrid. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean. Well kept hotel. No matter the time you just have to wait a few seconds for the elevator. Breakfast is very good and diverse. A little minor was that opposite our room was a room used by housekeeping which could be at tat noisy but never late in the evening. Really recommend this hotel."

"No AC in the room, unless its “summer hot” on June/July. Had to keep the balcony open as room was hot. Due to this it was noisy as the cars keep coming including bin trucks to unload in the middle of the night. Sleep was quite disrupting due to this. "

"The hospitality was superb. The decor was lovely very stylish. I loved that we were in an area that was accessible to public transportation. I was able to jump on the bus and go to grand Villa and Plaza de España. There was a local market down the street where in case you want to buy water and fruit and yogurt and just necessities that you may want in your room I highly recommend the hotel when we go back to Madrid I will be staying there. "

"Clean bathrooms and communal spaces, very friendly staff. My locker opened into a desk so it wasn't easy to use, but others didn't seem to have that problem. Very close to public transit and the Chamartin train station"

"You get what you pay for. Shared rooms with smell and noise. Long bathroom lines in bad conditions (poor water pressure, dirtiness…). Good thing was lockers and store rooms for luggage. "
