Overall, it was an excellent stay. The patron was very helpful but it would have been nice if he spoke just a tiny bit of anglais. We muddled through with my tiny bit of schoolboy french and many gestures. The kitchen/dining area was well equipped, it was a case of working everything out for myself. It was really great to walk into the hotel with air conditioning during France's "heat wave". Our room was nice and cool and good size too. It looked like redecorated fairly recently. The double bed was generous size and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and good size too. The reception staff was friendly and very helpful. We didn't have supper here but had breakfast, which was quite good. The hotel was right next to the casino and also very close to the thermal spa place. Restaurants and...

Just returned from the Tremezzo on Lake Como and Grand Palace on Lake Lucern. Just needed somewhere to sleep on our journey back to the U.K. We got much more than that. Thank you. We would send the Management from some much much more expensive Hotels to your Business to see how it is done correctly....again thank you. We had a truly excellent meal in your restaurant served by two superb young staff. Our room and especially the bathroom were as master piece of simple and beautiful...
