"Our room was very clean and very comfortable. Excellent shower! The hotel is well maintained and staff are helpful. Parking is easy and we noticed security cameras were mounted so felt reassured about the security of our vehicle. "Great place to stay! The only issue was that a previous occupant of the kitchenette apartment had fried sardines or other fish and the smell was absorbed by the curtains. We would laugh and say how much it wreaked in that room. But we still liked it. "

10/10 Excellent
Just returned from the Tremezzo on Lake Como and Grand Palace on Lake Lucern. Just needed somewhere to sleep on our journey back to the U.K. We got much more than that.
Thank you. We would send the Management from some much much more expensive Hotels to your Business to see how it is done correctly....again thank you.
We had a truly excellent meal in your restaurant served by two superb young staff.
Our room and especially the bathroom were as master piece of simple and beautiful...
Mark
