Overall, it was an excellent stay. The patron was very helpful but it would have been nice if he spoke just a tiny bit of anglais. We muddled through with my tiny bit of schoolboy french and many gestures. The kitchen/dining area was well equipped, it was a case of working everything out for myself. The communal lounge was pleasant enough but little used as the fire had a mind of it's own, it was only on once briefly during my 5 night stay, and the wi-fi didn't work in that area which was a...

Great hotel with friendly and attentive staff who do everything they can to make your stay pleasant and relaxing. Well appointed public spaces and a fine restaurant- Chef is a master of his art and the selection of cheeses is superb.

It was really great to walk into the hotel with air conditioning during France's "heat wave". Our room was nice and cool and good size too. It looked like redecorated fairly recently. The double bed was generous size and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and good size too. The reception staff was friendly and very helpful. Top notch stay, great place to rest after days at the Tour de France!

Great treatment from all the staff at a family run hotel. Room was very comfortable and help was readily given about what to see in the area. Just a great few days.

It’s a beautiful property. We were very late to check in but were received well. beautiful surroundings. Wish we could extend our stay but had to travel.
