"Lovely comfortable and spacious Alpine cabins with 2nd bedroom and bathroom on mezzanine level, situated in beautiful foothills of the Vosges massif surrounded by pine forest. "Great place to stay! The only issue was that a previous occupant of the kitchenette apartment had fried sardines or other fish and the smell was absorbed by the curtains. We would laugh and say how much it wreaked in that room. But we still liked it. "

Overall, it was an excellent stay. The patron was very helpful but it would have been nice if he spoke just a tiny bit of anglais. We muddled through with my tiny bit of schoolboy french and many gestures. The kitchen/dining area was well equipped, it was a case of working everything out for myself. The communal lounge was pleasant enough but little used as the fire had a mind of it's own, it was only on once briefly during my 5 night stay, and the wi-fi didn't work in that area which was a...
