"This is the worst stay of my life. I regret choosing this place. Only did it for location but it was the biggest mistake. The staff is horrible. They came every night nock at my door and force me to stop talking and go to sleep. Literally. The employee overnight in reception is a trans that is a stalker. Is a person that seems to be mad a the world. I even asked why so much anger on his or her approach to guests . It was not Normal nor respectful. He or she was very rude unprofessional and aggressive at times. Do not visit this place. Dirty , noise, horrible staff . No AC, to be able use the fan they will ask for a Deposit for the remote control. The fan doesn’t work without it. So if you don’t have cash you will have to sleep with the heat of the room. If you open window to refresh the noise won’t let you sleep. Terrible terrible experience. I will also write a review on google alerting people Not to Fall in this trap. First time I have such a terrible experience with Expedia. "

"The family suite was large but there were several items in need of attention. Broken soap dispensers, toilet seats, freezer covered in deep frost, and empty frames hanging throughout - the condition stood out compared to most hotels we stay in. I found our suite to be quiet despite it being road facing. No signs of pests but the dishes were not all clean, etc. I guess given the location and the price I’d consider staying here again if there wasn’t a better option but if price wasn’t a huge savings I’d stay elsewhere. The front desk people were very nice. "

"We splurged on our last night in Madrid and stayed at the Only You Boutique Hotel. The staff is as friendly and gorgeous as the rooms are! The entire hotel is set decorated like a Wed Anderson film (but less annoying — lol). Location is pretty spectacular — close to everything we wanted to see. We were tired in the evening and decided to eat at the hotel restaurant — a wonderful dinner served by a very attentive staff with excellent wine choices. The rooms were clean, spacious and ours, being a corner room, had a breath-taking view of two of the beautiful old-world charm streets (and two bathrooms — spoiled!). Breakfast was mouthwatering — an endless supply of delicious treats, both warm and chilled. Well worth staying at when staying upscale, without worrying about pretension!"

"Perfect place to stay if you're doing the Madrid Movistar half marathon. The hotel staff were lovely and and very welcoming. Booked a Deluxe room which was at the front of the hotel - had a lovely view of the fountain and was impressed by how soundproofed the room was from the traffic noise. The room was spacious and equipped with everything we needed including little extras to make the stay luxurious. The hotel were kind enough to offer breakfast at an earlier time for runners on race day - great selection of hot breakfast, pastries, cereals, fruit, bread, gluten free options and refreshments (hot and cold). The hotel itself was a 10 minute walk to the start line. Nearby there are plenty of restaurants/cafes and bars within walking distance. Also have the metro station (Alonso Martinez) close by. Would definitely recommend and stay here again :)."
