"I recently stayed at an H4 Wyndham hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. While I understand that occasional issues can happen during any stay, what really matters is how the staff handles them—and here, the reception team failed completely. During my stay, I experienced problems like the AC being far too hot and even a temporary lack of water. These things, while inconvenient, could have been manageable if handled professionally. Instead, the reception service was the worst part of my stay. I lost a significant amount of time waiting in long queues at reception, only to receive little to no help once I got there. One of the reception staff members (no one wears name tags, which already says a lot about accountability) was particularly rude and unhelpful. The team repeatedly made promises—such as fixing issues or calling me back—but never followed through. There seems to be a serious lack of communication between departments and an overall lack of willingness to assist guests. Calls to reception often went unanswered and when I did manage to speak to someone, nothing was resolved. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, dismissive, and frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel based on the poor level of customer service alone."

"Overall convenient to the airport and a basic room. I felt some parts of the room were pretty run down and the shower pressure was quite weak. Additional, the bathroom was pretty small. It sufficed for our early morning flight the next day. "

"This is a fabulous place to stay. It is a quaint hotel on a small, quiet street. The rooms are cleaned daily with new sheets and towels. I love all of the decoration. It is eclectic just like me. The staff are all wonderful. Christophe keeps everything perfect. Also, the breakfast is amazing! you'll have to see it for yourself. I am returning next year for another 2 weeks in Paris. I will be staying, of course, at the Hotel de Roubaix!"

"It was a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was never cleaned and we finally asked to have the garbage emptied. We missed not having coffee in the room. There was a coffee maker in the kitchenette but no filters or coffee grounds. It would not have been worth it to buy either for the few days we were there. The beds were fine but not excellent. "

"Great hotel that is very close to Disneyland Paris. Our room had a view of the new adventure world fireworks too, just about! Nothing to fault for cost or location "

"The room did not get cool, unfortunately, which I prefer for sleeping, but it was possible to open the window. Also, no attention was paid to the coffee machine, and as such, it needed to be emptied and therefore did not work. Unfortunately, I had to ask multiple daily for refresher of milk, coffee pods, and even coffee cups. Otherwise, the experience was excellent, as was the location."
