The staff was exceptional, they asked us if we had anything planned and helped us with transport recommendations since we arrived during the strike. They also recommended other things to do in our activity areas so we could get the best experience. The breakfast was delicious and had a good selection (cold cuts, several types of pastries and bundt cakes, cereals, yogurts, a few types of milk and juices). The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. They give you a big closed bottle of water for free in the room, and some disposable toiletries in the bathroom. 5/5 recommend, if I’m ever in Paris again I’m staying here!

The hotel is going through renovations so i am sure its going to be great... in term of service i was iffered a room j the ground floor to avoid wearing my big suitcase... that was cery cool.

This is a very small hotel with lots of stairs. The rooms are extremely small but very clean. The staff was very helpful as we only stayed one night and had to move because my husband has some mobility issues, and the stairs would not work for him.

This is a nice hotel to stay in Paris. It's close to a lot of establishments like restaurants, convenient stores, market and more. Train stations and bus stops are also nearby. The staff are friendly and very helpful. There's also breakfast that's available for a very reasonable price. We enjoyed staying at this hotel and will definitely stay again when we go back to Paris. 5 stars!!! Thank you!

The people that works at the property are very friendly, communicative and ready to help. But it's very old property, not like on the pictures on the website, also for 18 hours there was no water and heat.

I was not expecting 200 euros per night hotel, find the following not available in the room, the fridge, slippers, and room very dark , and not the way they shows on line ,the people there very nice, very hospitable ,but over all I was not happy and it is not worth 200 euros , just worth max. 80 euros per night

Expect bit different than photos but overall ice

Staff was very friendly, room had great cleaning service and location had good options around for food, drinks, groceries and pharmacy. The only thing negative was that the hotel is under renovation work so the way to the room wasn't as nice. There wasn't any mention of construction work which should have been disclosed on the page. Even though there was nothing wrong with the room, the photos seemed very different than the room itself. The balcony was weirdly behind the toilet and not through the room. But the cleanliness and reception staff were great and those matter more, so it was a good experience overall.

Incómodo,habitación minúscula a precio desorbitado

Pesimisima calidad-precio. Habitación enanísima (no se podía rodear la cama, para usar el “escritorio”(es una balda en la pared) la silla toca con los pies de la cama. Sin nevera, sin caja de seguridad, El cuarto de baño más pequeño que he visto ( lavabo minúsculo) y el plato de ducha con mucha necesidad de reforma. El “armario” es una estructura metálica con las perchas. Y el precio???? Más de 250€ por noche, 1 persona y sin desayuno. Eso sí. Por decir algo positivo, relativamente cerca andando (30-40 min) del palacio de exposiciones y rodeado de restaurantes japoneses, cafetería- pastelería y algún bar.

L hotel est en travaux. Mais j ai eu tout les problèmes : chambre non chauffée , pas d eau Chaude pour la douche, lavabo bouché...Au moins la litterie est confortable. Parfois, il faut savoir fermer pendant les travaux...
