"Breakfast was pretty poor quality. I wouldn't even consider it a feature for the hotel. The pillows were the lumpiest bricks I've ever had the displeasure of using. The rooms alarms had a bright flashing silver light you couldn't turn off. Sheets were minimal, it was pretty cold. All in all definitely the worst hotel stay I've had in a long time. Won't be coming back"

"The room was nice, but the TV kept malfunctioning (volume didn't work, couldn't view any channels). When we decided to go on the wifi, our password wouldn't work, so we were forced to just use the data on our phones. While checking out, I expected to be asked how the stay was. That didn't end up happening. They took my room key card and walked away."

"The heating was not controlled in each room. It was controlled by the management. It might be the same for the air conditioning too. The room became unbearably hot. We opened a window. I asked them to turn down the heat at about 9:30 pm. He said that he would turn down everybody’s heat in a few minutes, but until then we could keep our windows open. It eventually became tolerable by about 11 pm. The room was fine in terms of cleanliness etc. for the low price we paid and the convenience of location to our event and that we could park directly in front of our room and move our luggage etc. directly into the room’s own door. The big problem was all the noise and loud onerous talking banging and crashing sounds until 4 am especially from the family next door. Plus others. I don’t know if they were permanent residents there (room D?) or not. But we didn’t contact management about it because we were hoping they’d stop eventually. Even with earplugs in, they were loud. Only got about two hours sleep. "

"The fixtures in the room were very worn, and battered. Bathtub was stained, floor uneven curtains improperly hung. Security door to outside was duct-taped permanently open allowing anyone access. Worst room I've ever had. (Reflected in the price however)"
