"How Expedia rated this hotel in the "luxury" category is beyond me. This is at best a 2-star hotel, as it was missing some very basic amenities, such as a coffee make and there was NO air conditioning service (not turned on until summer, I was told). All this besides the fact the hotel is very near a bad area (Termini terminal) and I was told by the staff to not go there when night falls. Expedia needs to do better."

"The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were amiable and helpful. This hotel is in a nice location with the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon well within walking distance. The metro is steps away providing quick and easy access to other sites."

"Staff was welcoming and available to help with any questions. Concierge and front desk assisted with making dinner reservations and ordering taxis. Room was clean and well organized. A bit small for 2 travelers with 2 medium suitcases. Comfy bed and pillows. Close enough to walk to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. A plus is the laundry service. "

"The room was huge, everything was clean and orderly. The bed was comfortable, access and location are excellent. Julio at the front desk was wonderful and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"We were not prepared for how small these rooms are. We could barely get around the open door to get into the room. On our first night, I noticed our sheets had what looked like dirty footprints all over them. The staff at the front desk were very helpful in getting a new set of sheets and anything we needed throughout our stay. "

"The staff was amazing, specially Luccrecia. The room were small but very clean and new. The only thing that would have made it excellent if the bar had some food items at night. But even though they didn’t the staff warmed us some flat bread so we will not go to bed hungry. "

"Ok. Not great. Not bad. Just ok. Our room was clean but had a set of stairs and an outside door right outside our room. Our neighbours came back at 1:30am two nights and woke us up, not because the were noisy, but because the shared door was so close to us. I don’t think the location is particularly good. It’s 12 minutes walk from Termini which is why we chose it but 30 minutes walk to the nearest must-see sight. If you want a fancy hotel that’s near the sights, book elsewhere. "
