"Great location, only steps away from Milano Centrale. Hotel is modern, however we were on the ground floor and it was quite loud with the noise from the street, the foyer, and the cleaners. Our room also smelled faintly like sewerage (the other room was okay), and the air con worked intermittently. "The location was good and a close walk to Milano Centrale train station. The lobby area of the hotel was good and newly refurbished but the rooms were much more run down. The room was very hot and it wasn’t even summer when I visited. The air con system is extremely outdated and didn’t do anything and windows only open a small amount so it was quite uncomfortable. The room was also very small, impossible to fit big luggage and two people. The bed was comfortable. "

"Our room was great for our one night stay. We were in a quiet area of the hotel, on the fourth floor. Hotel is located a couple blocks away from Milano Centrale. Sadly, the toilet seat broke during our stay and was unable to be fixed until the next day. Staff was pleasant. "
