"We were enjoyed the free breakfast every morning. Free coffee/tea in Lobby and bedroom. Android TV had Netflix, YouTube. WiFi was stable and fast. Staffs friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. We had good sleep. Location very good for go anywhere. Train station, underground,bus station, restaurants,shop nearby."

"Smeep was awful. Pillows rock hard. Room way too hot and unable using the wall switch to make it colder. Had to open window and then face noise from passing transportation Breakfast was ok, gluten free options. Forced "volontary tip" is not a nice touch."

"Good location. VERY CLEAN. Good shower. Staff was very nice and helpful. Heads up, hotel uses foam mattresses. Wish the bar was open but there are plenty of places around hotel to go to. Interior is well done. For the price, felt this was a really good deal. Stayed 3 nights, March 2026. "

"Great location easy to take transportation or walking distance to restaurants and sightseeing spots. Friendly staff but bar staff need to realize that people do understand more than one language. It was unfortunate to hear the disrespectful comments but that was one person. Everyone else made up for it. Front desk amazing, housekeeping fantastic. "

"The hotel is located in the center of it all. Upon arrival, I was amazed by the luxury the property offers. The staff was extremely professional and welcoming throughout my stay. The hotel features a Michelin-star restaurant, and the bar offers live music, which creates a great atmosphere in the evenings. The gym is very modern and includes a rooftop view of the city, making workouts especially enjoyable. Most of the main attractions are just a 15–20 minute walk away. I would recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes or sneakers for exploring during the day—but when you go out in the evening, it’s definitely a place to dress to impress."
