We were lucky to be upgraded to the new spa rooms which are excellent. spacious and well equipped. Location is beautiful with stunning views high up over lake Garda and if you want to get away from it all, its ideal. Dining options were good but some staff were new, food was good but more every day options would be good for residents Could benefit from a social area, bar or similar Be prepared for a 20 minute mountain road drive to access the hotel and visit Gargnano

We had a very enjoyable 3-night stay here. Our suite was large and bright, with a very comfortable king bed and a very well-appointed bathroom with a powerful, refreshing shower. The air conditioning was remarkable, non-intrusive, and efficient, even when the outside temperature was above 36°C. I have stayed at this hotel twice and have found the service impeccable! The rooms modern and clean and facilities great. I have recently returned from a short break with my husband - we were upgraded which was a lovely surprise. The hotel is the perfect location for walks along the lake. We really enjoyed our stay here and we love Rovereto and have been here before, so we will be back! We can’t recommend it enough! The staff were very helpful, I felt very well looked after as a person with a gluten intolerance, staff were really well informed and control measures were well established to prevent cross contamination. We wanted somewhere to stay near Verona that offered some peace in contrast to the city and the Delser provided it. You need a car to get to the city but the overall experience of the hotel, the staff and the excellent breakfast more than made up for that slight inconvenience. For those interested in design, the hotel offers an outstanding example of the conversion of a utilitarian structure into a location of true quality.

This is the cutest hotel ever.. just 3 rooms. The setting is truly idyllic and the staff are so cute. Yes this is not a big 5 star hotel but it is so worth a stay.
