The breathtaking views of the lake and the outstanding food exceeded all our expectations. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and look forward to returning. "Lovely hotel, nice staff. Entrance / reception slight unusual and leads to a less friendly interface. Oversized table. We had booked a loft room which is a very large space and therefore less cozy compared to our previous stay in a standard room. The room had a secondary fan / somewhat noisey ventilation system separate to the air conditioning system which after an interaction with reception and maintenance they were able to turn off. Otherwise a lovely hotel"
