"The hotel was ok. We had an issue with our room which was not well cleaned but once we told them they quickly changed us to a new one. We had a sunrise excursion and they made our breakfast beforehand so we could have something to eat. The hotel was very good located next to a mall. I would stay here again, I stayed at many Novotels and this is the only one I had an issue with the cleaning but they were fast to solve it and very accommodating, so I would come back"

We had a ‘bit’ of confusion at the end of our stay but Ken, the duty manager on the day had explained the confusion and he handled the minor incident very professionally. "We liked this hotel and the area. The hotel is outdated but value for money the rooms and beds are clean, but sheets look a bit old. Nice to have swimming pool and the restaurants and bars are close. Also bakery is close with western style choices. The downsite is the noise of the bars which are close."
