Hotel was nice, but rooms could use a lot more soundproofing. Food was great and staff very helpful. There is a shopping mall right next to the hotel, which is very convenient, but the hotel is far from downtown and all the sights to see.

The staff;, especially Eka, Bella and Okta were fabulous, making both days memorable, cake balloons and banners in the room. Nice and modern room that is also super spacey. The breakfast selection is great and the club menus are decent too. Staff are very helpful. 10 seconds sheltered walk to the big mall with plenty of f&b options. But the traffic around the hotel is often quite congested
