"Courteous staff, the hotel is close to the parks so the staff are understandably very, very busy. If you need rapid response or your needs met instantaneously this may not be the spot for you but if you have grace for busy employees doing their best while remaining friendly and helpful. Not the shortest walk to the park, so mid day breaks aren’t an easy return if that’s what you’re after BUT it is an easy walk to the Toy Story parking lot and plenty of off property eats if you’re enjoying a slower vacation. "The hotel is beautiful, the room was clean, well designed, spacious, comfortable. My only complaint would be about the shuttle to the airport, the signage to its pick up location is incomplete and confusing, never did catch the shuttle and ended up calling on an Uber. "

"The hotel was clean. Room was nice and clean but it disnt have a clean smell. The rooms need better lights. Room was to dark. Living room needs update furniture. Carpet was dirty. I think if rooms had floor it would be better and smell better. Breakfast food wasnt good nothing had flavor egges were to watery. The pool was nice laudry room was nice. Staff was amazing "

"Sushi restaurant was amazing!!!! Extra Resort fee of $25 and $25 self park/$70 valet was obsurd for an airport hotel with no resort amenities. Rooms were updated and quiet."

"Property is not maintained and is pretty run down. They charge you to park your car even if u have a room. Then charge a outrageous deposit . There is no free breakfast or wifi. None of the vending machines worked. No maid service unless your there over 3 days. We had two rooms right next to each other. One was cleaner then the other. And our toilet was broken. There is a mini fridge but no microwave. The only good part was the shuttle to and from disneyland, those guys are extremely nice and did a great job accommodating guests. Its right next to freeway so very loud when u open the window"
