This hotel is in an excellent location to Disneyland, and restaurants. It was very convenient to rent a mobility scooter for a family member right on site, as opposed to renting in Disneyland. The family member was able to go other places on the scooter since we didn't rent it at Disneyland. the pools great for the kids!

Mostly only liked it here because it was close to Disneyland. The rooms seemed clean until we saw a huge Cockroach in our bathroom!!!! So gross couldn’t sleep after that. Too noisy for us. Had buses parked next to our room late at night so couldn’t sleep with all the noise. Our AC unit was up by the ceiling so I had to climb a chair to even turn it on.

Overall this was a positive experience. There were some issues I'd like to address. When we got to the hotel, we realize that we were not going to be getting the normal two bedroom room that we usually stay in. We were under the impression that that is what we booked when we booked our hotel apparently the toon we usually get is called a two bedroom and we got a two room. Much smaller. The hotel was helpful in getting us a roll away bed. We had car trouble with our rental, and whether or not able to move the car the last day until the roadside assistance team could arrive and we were charged the daily hotel rate anyway for just two hours. I feel like the hotel could've been more accommodating being as we did not have an option to leave. As far as cleaning goes, we asked two separate days to have our floor vacuumed and had to continually bother them to get that done. The shower in our room did not work properly. Every time I take a shower, the entire floor flooded. There was no lip on the side of the shower and we had to use several towels every day to clean the floor when we were done showering. The particular room that we had was handicap upset accessible and we had no tub. Which we did not know that we had no tub. We traveled with toddlers and really needed the tub. The bathroom door was also a nightmare, but did not have a normal handle. My kids could not get out without help. They got locked in a lot.

Always stay here whenever we go to disneyland. Can't beat the price to walk across the street to the park. Pool is always fun and great for kids.
