"Fantastic hotel! Walkable to all the major attractions. The Duomo is a 6 minute walk! The premises are luxurious and clean. The rooms have everything you need. Fantastic breakfast. The entire staff go above and beyond. Special shout out to Angela at the front desk and to Rachael in the dining room. We had a super early flight and were leaving the hotel at 3:30 am. She packed us a care package for the airport. Will absolutely stay here again!!"

"The hotel is across the street from the Central Train station- very convenient if you plan on riding around Firenze or other areas. The property was nice, and the staff was top of the line. I had packages shipped from the hotel with no issues. The only negative was there was a strong bleach smell through the whole building. And because it is across the street from the train station. There were people who appeared to be on drugs across the street."
