"The staff was very friendly and the room is clean and comfortable. However, the walls are thin, and there was a lot of people running up and down the hall, dogs barking, and someone above us stomping around on the floor all night. None of us got a very good night sleep and we are exhausted."

"I have never been so impressed and pleased with a hotel like I was with this one. I picked it because of the reviews and I was not disappointed at ALL! The breakfast was EXCELLENT for continental! The food didn’t taste generic like most continental. The breakfast was GOOD! It really was. I’m not sure old the place is but it is very nice and I will definitely book there again if I am in Lubbock and need somewhere to stay. I was there visiting someone at UMC Lubbock and it was easy access and very convenient to get to and from the hospital. I definitely recommend it to anyone. You definitely won’t be disappointed."
