"The staff was very friendly, the hotel room is perfect for family traveling with kids, the kids area with bunk beds and their own TV gave the adults a bit of reprieve. I did have to ask for a couple of blankets for the kids bed, but was quickly accommodated with a smile. Early check in was a huge plus as well. It was in an area of Panama City Beach that was pretty noisy during the evening, but it was Memorial Day weekend and to be expected. We still slept great. Beds were clean and cozy. We liked having the mini kitchen. When we first arrived, we couldn’t get the air conditioner to work, but the staff brought in a new one immediately and the problem was solved fast. Our bathroom door would not close, but I know living in all the salt and humidity takes its toll on lots of things very quickly. In all, it was a great hotel and I can’t wait to go back. I would highly recommend. "
