"This was one of my worst experience ever. I made a reservation with them weeks before and even email to confirm before I got there, only ti show up in the middle of the night with my kids and young baby to be told that they didn't have space for us and they overbooked. They couldn't even refer me to another place seeing that I have me young baby in the rain. We had to be driving around a unfamiliar city, my babies were so scared. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, zero stars from me"

"Best things about this hotel are the excellent customer service of the staff, especially the receptionists who are so helpful in calling taxis and giving tourist information and friendly, and the value for money. The security is also fantastic with taxis being directed inside the building into the basement car park to collect and drop off guests. The location is great for sightseeing of the historic buildings in Bucaramanga. Has to be one of the best hotels in Bucaramanga for customer service...

"If you're choosing this place you are downtown. You're in a very basic place the water is cold from the shower but it's a secure location and you choose it because it's less expensive so there's nothing to complain about if you're here it's very basic."

"Do not stay here. The front desk kept asking me about how much paid for my room, probably to decide where to place me irrespective what it said on my booking. I was put in a room in ground floor with no shower heads. The whole night there was noise next my room coming from within the hotel. Ans then 5 AM someone at the reception started playing loud music on their phone. I barely got any sleep the whole night."

"Pros: The hotel was great, front desk and the rest of the staff were super friendly, the rooms are very well kept, the bathrooms were nice and the water pressure in the shower i enjoyed. I always felt safe in this hotel. And whenever i left the hotel and came back the room was cleaned and new sheets were made. Negs: there wasnt alot of options for morning breakfast, and its very easy to hear lots of things outside your room. But overall very very great service and will recommend. 10/10"
