Asked for juice and was told they didn’t offer juice but they served another guest juice right in front of me . Offered to pay for xtra and was told that that it was not an option. Wonderful I liked everything about my stay at this hotel. Plenty of activity around the area especially on the weekends. It's in the heart of Bucaramanga night club district and they close the street to traffic on Friday and Saturday nights, so keep this in mind if you will be late arriving. Small Hotel with a friendly staff.
