"This is my second stay in Palolem Beach Resort. Last time we were in the big deluxe garden bungalow but it was far from beach. This time we actually booked Cuba Premium Bungalows but due to pandemic setback and Coastal Regulations that was closed. Hotels. Com did a quick full refund of our payment and also suggested amicably that now Palolem Beach Resort has been taken over by the same proprietary and managerial group, so we went there and made a booking. "The St Regis is Goa is an exceptionally good resort. The property is beautiful and very thoughtfully integrated with nature. The staff are outstanding in their attitude and kindness. We were travelling as a family including my mother who is in her 80s and she was a bit unwell for part of the trip. The caring approach of the staff towards her wellbeing was nothing short of exceptional."
