"Decent 3 star hotel just off the main road and less than 5 minutes walk from the main Palolem beachfront. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is good - the breakfast buffet offering is quite wide-ranging and good quality. Rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. Only downside is the bathrooms don’t have external windows so get very sticky and hot! Nice gym, pool and spa also on site."

"Unfortunately when we arrived no one seemed to be expecting us and there was confusion and a lack of communication. The room wasn’t ready and although made up quickly there were things missing requiring several calls to housekeeping. The hotel is lovely on a gorgeous sandy beach and the gardens are beautifully kept. Breakfast was good. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel as there are some excellent places to eat nearby. Overall I’d give the hotel an 8/10"

"Easy walk to beach, good beach shacks, 20 minute walk to Benaulim (a small village), quiet neighborhood, nice buffet dinner, friendly staff. Very nice pool! "

"I have been told that I have to take Chrithmas Eve Buffet dinner and would not be able to check in without paying R1000. for the dinner! I refused but the Manger insisted stating I would not be able to check in, So I had no chpice but to pay R1000! Buffet dinner was disasterl.variety and presentation wise . Other guests and İ had argument with the Manager. The armchair in the room was ver dirty could not sit and İ only sat after İ covered with a bed sheet. Towels and bed sheets were not...

"Good location at the Agonda Beach. Nice staff. Don't like the shower with salty water. Strange breakfast concept... with 3 different choices to chose from and portions far too big with no options to change. They do not serve alcohol..."
