Couldn't get the right water temperature and the room was super hot. Could not lower the temperature. The hot pools were amazing and their was a spa happy hour which was super nicely organized but food was really not good. Surprisingly in Italy not to get excellent buffet. Staff was very understanding but it must improve to bring us back. "

"Had a such horrible experience for the last stay in Rome. I booked this hotel via Hotel.com. And there has a highlight showed for Free Shuttle bus to the airport which attracted me. When I checked out in this morning, the staff in front desk told me I owe them €20 for shuttle bus. €8 for each way and another €4 for city tax. And I tried to show them the website’s highlights for FREE SHUTTLE BUS. And the bold guy in front desk told me it’s not free, it’s just free for your experience??? And also because I booked via Hotel.com which is not their business!! But ended up they said is their technical issues which I have to pay for it!! Excuse me??? Have you heard yourself??? "
