Sport activities in poor condition. Poor all inclusive service. Just add some extra money for your stay and stay somewhere else at a higher price. This is just not worth it. "

"I would NOT recommend this property, particularly for families. On arrival, we were placed in accommodation located at the back of the complex, requiring a long walk along an unlit pathway with slippery tiles and cracked concrete. Visibility was extremely poor, and I had to use my phone torch. As a result, my child fell and was injured. We were moved three times, and each room had hygiene and maintenance issues, including: • Dirty floors that appeared not to have been cleaned • Mould in bathroom areas • Stained bed sheets • Plumbing issues with constant noise • Excessive dust that triggered allergies These issues were raised repeatedly and documented with photos and videos. It became clear that this was not an isolated problem but the general standard of the property. We attended the booking and attempted to stay, but ultimately had to leave due to health and safety concerns. I would advise future guests to carefully consider cleanliness and safety before booking.
